The South Dakota Science and Technology Authority has chosen Dean Kurtz Construction to build their new CASPAR Laboratory in Lead, South Dakota. The general scope of work for this contract will include engineering support for the design and construction of a fully operational space within an existing cavern space located on the 4850 level of the Ross Campus to house the Compact Accelerator System for Performing Astrophysical Research (CASPAR) Project.
Todd County Elementary School at 35% complete. Three classroom wings have floor slabs placed and metal stud framing underway. The gym area and loading dock ready for floor slabs upon completion of the roofing in these areas. The center common area structural steel completed and metal decking 25% complete. Exterior elevations show the architectural precast panels. Mechanical and electrical trades are roughing in their work.
The new Urgent Care West is progressing nicely with underground plumbing work being installed.
