If so, this could be the position you have been looking for! Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Represent the company in a positive, friendly, professional manner
- Answer phone and route calls
- Greet and assist visitors to our office
- Compose, type, proofread, edit and distribute correspondence
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare, distribute, and track Subcontract and Purchase Order documents using information provided by Project Managers
- Run errands as needed
- Maintain project and A/P files – electronic and paper
- Assist with preparing project proposals – including ensuring personnel and project resumes are kept current
- Manage company cell phones
- Maintain plan room on DKC website
- Work with outside advertising agency to keep website, Facebook, etc current
- Prepare bid envelopes, place advertisements, solicit DBEs etc
- Maintain appropriate inventory of office supplies, promotional items, apparel, etc
- Prepare logos/ads for sponsorship items

Starting wage 18.00+ per hour depending on skills, qualifications and experience.
