Invitation to Bid: Aspen Federal Credit Union-Custer Remodel
Bids for the Aspen Federal Credit Union Renovation project in Custer, SD, will be received by Stephen Burgess, Dean Kurtz Construction, on behalf of Aspen Federal Credit Union at the offices of Dean Kurtz Construction, located at 1651 Rand Road, Rapid City SD 57702, until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday July 17th, 2025. Bid opening will be closed.
Dean Kurtz Construction has been retained as the General Contractor for this project.
Bids will be received in accordance with the Construction Documents, as prepared by HTG Architects, dated May 23, 2025. Bids will be accepted electronically or in-person at the office of Dean Kurtz Construction. You may email bids to Stephen Burgess at bids@deankurtzconstruction.com, or fax to (605) 343-5932.
Plans and Specifications will be made available through Dean Kurtz Construction’s website.
