Aspen Federal Credit Union Westside Project Bid Request

Subcontractors and suppliers are invited to bid on a one level, 5000 sf building renovation of the existing Aspen Federal Credit Union Westside.  All subcontractor and supplier quotes are to be submitted to Dean Kurtz Construction.

Project start date is tentatively scheduled for September 11, 2023 and shall be completed by February 2024. A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 PM, August 17, 2023 at Aspen Federal Credit Union, 2300 W Main St, Rapid City, SD.  Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory.

Dean Kurtz Construction Company will receive bids until 2:00 MST on August 29, 2023 at 1651 Rand Road, Rapid City, SD 57702. Bids can be emailed (bids@deankurtzconstruction.com) or faxed (605-343-5932). Bids received after this time will not be accepted. This is a private bid opening and will not be open to the public.

Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Construction Manager’s website.  Contact the Construction Manager for access to the website plan room.  Printing of documents will be the responsibility of the bidder obtaining the documents. Those Bidders who obtain a full set or sets of the Bidding Documents will receive addenda via e-mail as addenda are issued, and will be responsible for printing the addenda at their own expense.

It will be the responsibility of the bidder to periodically review the website for issued addenda.

Bidders seeking approval of materials or products not specified are reminded to review and comply with the Supplementary Instructions to Bidders regarding proper form of submissions.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids without explanation and to waive irregularities.
