New Passenger Terminal Underway

New Passenger Terminal Underway

Despite what trials Pierre and Ft. Pierre have recently endured with the Missouri River floods, progress is underway at the new Airport Passenger Terminal in Pierre, South Dakota.

This innovative project includes new construction of an almost 20,000 sf building which doubles the size of the current airport built 50 years ago. Check out the attached link for more information on the Pierre Regional Airport - Passenger Terminal Expansion Project and a little history on the airway system of our State Capitol.
