Description:

The new wood framed 4,570 SF building consists of brick, EFIS, and standing seam metal roof exterior, and with new interior finishes to include T & G wood ceiling, sports fitness area, an indoor pool and spa. The project also includes an additional outdoor pool and related sitework.
The renovation phase of the project is to the exterior of the guest room motel buildings, upgrading doors, windows and exterior finishes, renovation of the existing lobby and associated electrical work.
